While we take pride in our products, we understand that sometimes they may not meet your expectations. Please find our return guidelines below:

• Chargeable Returns: Customer provides return shipping.

• Missing Product Claims & Damaged Product: Any missing product claims or damaged products must be supported with an unboxing video, recorded when you first open the package. This video must clearly show all items being removed from the box.

• Seven-Day Return Window: Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Cancellation process: Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 8 hours of being placed. If an order has already been packed or shipped, it will be considered a return upon refusal. For prepaid orders, thebarshop.in will not issue refunds if the order is refused at the doorstep. For COD orders, we reserve the right to deny future orders if an order is refused. Re-delivery requests will incur additional shipping and repacking charges.

• Return Packaging: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. All original paperwork must also be included.

• Refund and return: Refunds will only be provided for damaged goods.
